When I got this email, I realized the finality of my moving out of Blanton Fifth. It has been a year full of absolutely amazing memories and I couldn’t have asked for a better freshman year.
What’s so special about Blanton 5th? The floor itself is pretty unremarkable other than the fact that there is never a strange smell (unlike Blanton 2nd) and the carpet is more attractive than Blanton 4th’s. But the people. Ohmygod, the people are some of the best people in the world. They’re more than just my friends; they honestly feel like my closest family members, and that’s after less than a year of knowing them. I’ll miss them dearly until we’re reunited in August (or even earlier for the special few who are staying in Austin)! Till then, Blantonites. :)
This year has passed by far too quick. I just wanted to do a dedication post to the floor I live on, because frankly, my life and college experience would not be the same without all you lovely people.
